Gender Pay Gap Report
Aggregate Industries' median gender pay gap is 10.03% which is lower than the UK average of 17.3% (based on the Office for National Statistics estimated data for 2019). The pay quartiles data indicates that the difference in average pay is due to more men than women working in our senior, higher paid roles.
